REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GIVRÉ, every piece is made to last — but if something isn't right, we've got you.

RETURNS
- You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with the certificate of authenticity and all packaging included.
- To start a return, email givre.au@gmail.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval.
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
- If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we'll cover the return and send a replacement or full refund.

NON-RETURNABLE
- Custom or engraved pieces, and earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.

EXCHANGES
- Want a different size or piece? Return the original for a refund and place a new order.

SHIPPING POLICY

GIVRÉ ships worldwide, tracked door to door.

PROCESSING
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES (after processing)
- Australia: 2–6 business days
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs.

SHIPPING RATES
- Australia — Standard: $11 AUD (FREE on orders over $100)
- Australia — Express: $15 AUD
- International: flat $20 AUD, tracked
  Final shipping is confirmed at checkout based on your address.

CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- International orders may incur import duties or taxes set by your destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
- If your tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email givre.au@gmail.com and we'll chase it with the carrier.

TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to GIVRÉ. By accessing or purchasing from givre.co ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. OVERVIEW
These terms govern your use of the Site and any purchase you make from GIVRÉ ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site with the consent of a parent or guardian.

2. PRODUCTS
- Our jewellery is 925 sterling silver set with certified moissanite, unless otherwise stated in the product description. Plain pieces (e.g. certain rope chains) are stoneless and described as such.
- We make every effort to display product colours, finishes and dimensions accurately. Slight variations between images and the physical item can occur due to lighting, screen settings, and the handmade nature of some pieces.
- Each eligible piece includes a certificate of authenticity for its moissanite.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless a different currency is selected, and are inclusive of any applicable charges shown at checkout.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is accepted.
- Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and approved third-party providers (including Afterpay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay). We do not store your full card details.

4. ORDERS
- Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order, including where an item is out of stock, a pricing error has occurred, or payment cannot be verified.
- Once your order ships you will receive confirmation and tracking by email.

5. SHIPPING & RETURNS
- Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund & Return Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All content on the Site — including the GIVRÉ name, logo, designs, product imagery, and text — is owned by GIVRÉ and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without our written permission.

7. ACCEPTABLE USE
- You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of it.

8. WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER
- Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures you are entitled to a replacement or refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
- Beyond those rights, the Site and its contents are provided "as is" without further warranties to the extent permitted by law.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, GIVRÉ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

11. CHANGES
- We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
